Material Certifications

Allmetal Screw Products Corp. requires material certifications with all shipments. Materials will not be accepted without the required certifications and the batch / lot # identifier. None of the materials used or supplied can be conflict minerals, counterfeit or suspected unapproved materials or parts.

If materials are deemed high risk, Allmetal may request that the external provider provide an independent validation of raw material certs on a periodic basis.

Purchased Product Certifications

Allmetal Screw Products Corp. requires a Certificate of Conformity, test reports, or authorized release certificate, as applicable and any outside process certifications with all shipments. The product will not be accepted without therequired certifications. No materials in the product can be conflict minerals, counterfeit or suspected unapproved materials or parts.

Outside Services Certifications

Allmetal Screw Products Corp. requires a Process Certificate of Conformance to the specification on the P.O. for all services. The service will not be accepted without the required certifications.

Verification activities of externally provided processes, products and services will be performed according to the risks identified by Allmetal. These may include inspection or periodic testing, as applicable, when there is a high risk of nonconformities including counterfeit parts. Verification activities may include inspection and audit at the externalprovider’s premises and verification records retained per Allmetal’s Quality Records policy.

Shipment Delays

Supplier agrees to provide Allmetal timely written notice of their inability to maintain the shipment schedule.

General Packaging and Preservation Procedures

Unless specific instructions are required, all product shipped to Allmetal Screw Products Corp. must be delivered, packaged, and preserved to prevent damage.

The supplier / external provider needs to ensure the following requirements are met:

Allmetal Screw Products Corp. will monitor our supplier’s quality, on time delivery and responsiveness on a regular basis. Performance will be tracked monthly, with quarterly expectations of >90% for on time delivery performance and >98% for quality. Non-conformances over two consecutive quarters will result in a Corrective Action and potential Conditional/Disapproval from our Approved External Providers List if non-conformances persist.

Allmetal may invoke a self-audit (Form SQS-01) or conduct an on-site audit of our external provider. Results of these audits are retained as part of our Quality Records. Allmetal’s records of evaluation, re-evaluation, audits, scorecards, and approvals of external providers will be retained as per our Quality Records retention policy.

Our suppliers / external providers will ensure that they prevent the use of suspected unapproved and counterfeit parts, follow participation and/or notification requirements for counterfeit detection events (GIDEP or equivalent Counterfeit-Part Reporting), and ensure that their personnel are aware of their contribution to product conformity and product safety and the importance of ethical behavior.

1^st Article Inspection

If called out on the P.O., a First Article Inspection is required for prototype and first production runs.

Shelf-Life Procedure

It is the supplier’s responsibility to identify and verify articles, components and/or material being capable of qualitydegradation with age and shall include shelf-life data with each shipment as it relates to the completed articles.
