AS9102 – Full 1st Article Inspection in accordance with AS9102.

DFARS Compliance – The Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and the Berry Amendment are a U.S. Government requirement for a “Preference for domestic specialty metals” requiring that materials used in the manufacturing of fasteners in the U.S. be melted in the U.S. or a qualified country. *Please indicate your DFAR’s requirement when requesting a price quotation.

NADCAP certified nickel, zinc and cadmium plate, passivation. NADCAP was formally National Aerospace and Defense Contractors.

Passivation – All AN-MS-NAS stainless steel fasteners from ALLMETAL Screw Products are supplied passivated. ALLMETAL maintains daily delivery service with a local finishing company that can provide overnight service on these requirements: ASTM A967, AMS2700, QQ-P-35 and ASTM A380 are all provided with certs.

REACH Compliance – Registration, Evaluation, and Authorization of Chemicals (R.E.A.C.H.) – ALLMETAL’s product would only fall under the “articles” category. We do not presently use any of the substances on the Potential Substances of Very High Concern list and do not anticipate that any substances likely to be included will pertain to ALLMETAL either.

RoHS Compliance – ALLMETAL is fully compliant with the RoHS Directive, i.e. the Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment. All fasteners manufactured contain no more that the agreed levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants. *Please request a RoHS compliance statement on your PO.
